All members are required to complete a registration form, and reserve their class place using Schedulicity.

Classes are capped at 20 participants. Anyone who has not reserved their place will not be able to train if the class is full.

Please arrive 5 minutes before scheduled start time.

Group classes are not appropriate for those with any injury or mobility issues (see recommendations above).

Please bring a small towel, a water bottle and clean training shoes to change into.
